About Cory

Cory Sinclair is a member of the Litigation department where he concentrates his practice on antitrust and damages-related issues. He has a Ph.D. in economics specializing in antitrust, industrial organization and labor. While earning his Ph.D., Cory taught several undergraduate economics classes, which included developing a new course on the economics of professional sports.

Prior to joining Parsons, Cory worked with the antitrust division at the United States Department of Justice and recently worked with Keystone Strategy where he consulted on economic theory and other damages-related issues for large antitrust matters in both the United States and the European Union.

Cory attended the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah, earning his J.D. in 2006. He is a member of the Order of the Coif and earned the CALI excellence award for Antitrust Law, Law & Economics and Federal Income Tax. Cory and his partner won the Traynor Moot Competition, receiving the award for best brief. As a member of the National Moot Court team, Cory and his teammates won the regional competition and advanced to the quarterfinals at nationals in New York.
