About Cristy
Cristy practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, probate, guardianship and conservatorships. Her estate planning practice includes both simple and tax-planned estates, and she has expertise in estate planning for unmarried couples. Cristy handles contested guardianship, conservatorship and probate matters, as well as basic administration of estates and trust administration. Cristy attended Marian High School in Omaha, Nebraska, and then went to Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, where she graduated with her B. S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 1993 and she graduated from Creighton University School of Law, J.D. cum laude, in 1997, and was admitted to the New Mexico Bar in 1997.
