Worst lawyers office ever!!!! They were very professional and understanding our initial visit, I went back and fourth sending receipts and then nothing for months I then call asking what's going on, get a call back asking what we are wanting to do then the following day a letter saying they can't represent us?! Do not waste your time. I wish I could give negative stars. When you are going through probate you don't have any time and these people left us hanging

The first time I went there, everything was fine. When I went to redo my will a couple years later, it was a completely different story. Initially I talked to Cristy and then told her exactly what I needed changed - and she said she was on it. Except she never did do it. So when I had the appointment months later expecting to be able to come in and sign, nothing was ready. I mean nothing. Nada. She hadn’t lifted a finger. I was there for over an hour , sick too because they cancelled before and I needed this done. And still I couldn’t finish signing because they hadn’t finished doing all of their work. I would never recommend Cristy Carbon-Gaul for anything. She is completely unreliable.

Unlike my prior attorney who had failed to deliver on this need in a timely manner, Cristy met with me more than once to make sure she really understood my wishes for my family and completed the work when promised, for a fair fee. She confidently offered great advice and somehow also made every meeting feel relaxed and enjoyable. She is a professional who demonstrates the value she places on building client relationships in addition to creating effective estate planning documents.
