Most of my clients need help with bankruptcy, wills, personal injury, medical malpractice, and wrongful death. I offer a free consultation and try to set flat rate fees that are reasonable for the services my clients need. I charge a flat fee, normally, for bankruptcies and wills. My contingency fees range between 33 1/3 to 45%, depending on whether or not the case can be resolved before filing a case and depending on the type of case. My hourly rate ranges between $200 and $300 per hour, depending upon the type of case. Let me know how I can help.

I am a retired Army Officer with over 23 years of military service. I am goal oriented and care about service to people who need help. Most of my clients come to me by word of mouth.

Someone who is focused on a narrow area of the law, that is responsive to their needs, and will not charge them unreasonable fees for the services provided.

Local knowledge is not as important in the areas of law that I provide, but knowledge of Georgia law in those specific areas is extremely important. I have practiced in the areas of bankruptcy, family law, and estate planning for over 10 years. I also have a network of other attorneys that are able to assist me and you in the event an unordinary matter arises.

I provide a quick overview of the law in the area of the client\'s concern. I will let them know if I can handle their case and in the event I am not knowledgeable of their specific need, I also provide them a name of another attorney who might be better suited for their concern.

I offer a free 30 minute consultation. During this conversation, I can determine if the potential client needs the assistance of an attorney, if they can possibly handle their matter on their own, and if they do need legal assistance, how I am more than capable to help them with their legal needs.

I am a solo practitioner, which means my clients deal only with me as their legal representative. I only take on enough cases that I am capable of handling at one time; which allows me to be available to all of my clients during my representation for their legal concerns.
