About Cynthia
Prior to joining Messner Reeves, Cindy served as Vice President-Senior Real Estate Attorney for Fitness International, LLC where she handled all aspects of complex real estate development, including reverse build-to-suit and retrofit leases, acquisitions, dispositions, and sale-leaseback transactions across the country. Prior to that, she was Director of Real Estate Legal and Due Diligence for Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. where she led a group of attorneys and legal due diligence specialists in all matters concerning the leasing, acquisition, and development of restaurants nationwide.
Cindy began her career as a litigator before transitioning to a full-time transactional practice after several years. Her previous experience as a litigator and in-house counsel has provided her with unique insight into anticipating and addressing client needs with respect to their operational and real estate matters, allowing her to more effectively advise and counsel clients.
