About Cynthia
Cynthia Duffe joined the Law Offices of Michael J. Hoare in 2003 after graduating from St. Louis University's School of Law and clerking for the Honorable David L. Dowd, Judge of the City of St. Louis Circuit Court, 22nd Judicial Circuit Court of Missouri.
Ms. Duffe's practice focuses on litigating discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims. She has assisted in the development of discrimination claims based on race, gender, sexual orientation, national origin and disability. Ms. Duffe's work also includes assisting employees faced with claims under the Family and Medical Leave Act, local and federal wage and hour laws, and various tort law claims.
Ms. Duffe's background, education and training enable her to understand fully the problems employees struggle with on the job. Ms. Duffe will work closely with you to resolve your dispute as she believes that the more she knows about the effects of the unlawful conduct you have suffered, the better prepared she will be to advocate on your behalf and achieve the best possible recovery available under the law.
