About Cynthia
Cindy grew up in White Oak where she attended McKeesport High School. She has lived in Pittsburgh all of her life and currently resides in Pleasant Hills.
Cindy attended University of Pittsburgh where she obtained a BS in Psychology and later went to Pitt’s School of Law, graduating in 1990. Following law school, Cindy was a judicial clerk for the late Judge Peter Paul Olszewski of the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. Cindy subsequently worked at prominent Pittsburgh law firms where she focused her practice on civil litigation including cases involving motor vehicle accidents, products liability, premises liability, workers’ compensation claims and general insurance coverage matters. Cindy has worked on both the defense side and representation of injured parties. Since joining Patberg Law Firm her practice is devoted exclusively to representing injured parties and she also is in engaged in commercial litigation and employment litigation.
Cindy is admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, the District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She has argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania and has tried a number of cases to verdict. She is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny Bar Association.
