Mr. Mathias received his Bachelor’s Degree from Yeshiva University in Political Science, where he graduated cum laude and was nominated by Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges. He received his law degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law where he served as an editor for the SMU International Law Review Association. Mr. Mathias was actively involved in law school as a board member of the Human Rights Law Association and International Law Society. While in law school, Mr. Mathias was a law clerk for the Cary Schulman Law Firm PLLC, where he drafted numerous trial court motions in both state and federal courts, appellate briefs before the Fifth & Tenth District Court of Appeals of the State of Texas, and a petition for writ of mandamus before the Texas Supreme Court.
