Smart Price Policy is what I call my fee structure. Every case has three phases: Initial/Discovery, Pre-Trial, Trial. I require only a retainer to cover the first portion (where most cases settle). If the case survives the first phase, then I require a retainer for the second phase and so forth. This gives client the ability to control what they spend on their case and it keeps the fees manageable and reasonable.
