About Daniel
I have spent the majority of my life in South Florida. I was born in Freehold, New Jersey, but I moved to Boca Raton when I was nine years old. Since I was young, I have had a strong conviction for fairness. I have always wanted people to be treated fairly, even if doing so goes against my own best interests. This is the core tenet that motivates me as a lawyer. I want my criminal defense clients to be treated fairly by the State Attorney's office, and I want my personal injury clients to be treated fairly by the insurance companies.
Unfortunately, at the very beginning of a criminal case, a criminal defendant is often misjudged by the State Attorney's office. A prosecutor may unjustly view a defendant as a bad person; this is unfair. Similarly, at the start of a personal injury case, an injury victim is treated unfairly by the insurance company. Often, an insurance company will make a low settlement offer to save money and end the case. The initial lack of fairness is what motivates me to work hard to correct this injustice by striving for a dismissal of charges in a criminal case, and fighting for increased compensation for a client in a personal injury case. I find that most people just want to be treated fairly, and I work very hard to make sure that they receive at least a fair outcome.
I do not make promises that I can't keep, which is why I won't guarantee a result when you call me. A guaranteed outcome by a lawyer is worthless, because there are too many variables in the law to speak with such certainty. I am not the lawyer to call if you want guarantees.
