About Daniel

Daniel B. Jones has over 30 years' experience as a civil trial practitioner.  He has a thorough and sophisticated knowledge of civil litigation.  He has successfully litigated cases over the years in both Texas state courts and in Federal courts, involving business and corporate litigation, real estate and collection matters, labor law, personal injury, and family law, as well as more complex areas of the law such as corporate governance, bankruptcy litigation, federal law governing commodities brokers, and he has even worked on a death penalty appeal.  His thoroughness, attention to detail, and knowledge of substantive law provides his clients with the highest level of service, designed to achieve the client's objectives without wasteful, expensive, and impractical activities.  Of particular importance in his practice is assuring that the client's goals are fully met, but in a timely and affordable manner.

As a Reserve soldier, Mr. Jones proudly stands ready to deploy in defense of our nation's security and undergoes regular training in both legal and soldier skills, both in the U.S. and as far away as Korea and Germany.
