Dan graduated from Miami University (Ohio) with honors in the areas of political science and history. He then went to law school at the University of Washington and graduated in 1999. Dan currently lives in Seattle and spends his free time skiing and mountaineering.

Cases
No case is too big or small. Dan recently settled a whistleblower lawsuit for $18,500,000 and a small claim for $7,500 in a hard-fought construction dispute where he refused to give in at all. He was able to provide the service and recover his attorneys' fees in both cases. He has also defended claims in excess of $10,000,000 to trial in both the commercial and construction litigation context.
