About Daniel
Daniel Frank focuses his practice on international matters, specifically international trade and finance. Daniel drafts a broad range of commercial contracts including stock and asset purchase agreements, consulting agreements, licensing agreements, and distribution agreements in connection with foreign and domestic matters.
