About Daniel
Daniel Gildin is a founding member and the managing partner of the firm.As managing partner, Mr. Gildin supervises and coordinates the activities of all of the firm's attorneys and support staff to ensure that each client is served to its satisfaction in a prompt, cost-efficient and comprehensive fashion.
As chair of the firm's litigation department, Mr. Gildin either takes primary responsibility for - - or lends his expertise to the other attorneys working on - - the firm's more complex litigation. In addition, Mr. Gildin is co-chair of the firm's real estate department and his talents as a negotiator, deal maker, problem solver and transactional attorney involve him in some of the firm's most critical assignments.
Mr. Gildin is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University and the Fordham University School of Law. He is a member of the American Bar Association and its Forum on Franchising and is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of the State of New York and has been admitted pro hac vice in numerous trial courts nationwide.
