About Dara
Dara Keller is a highly skilled corporate and regulatory healthcare attorney with extensive experience in navigating the complex landscape of state and federal healthcare compliance laws and regulations. As a member of the firm’s Health Care Practice group, Dara brings with her a broad range of experience in the healthcare industry, including representing professionals, practice groups, and companies in licensing matters as well as compliance with a vast array of healthcare regulations such as Stark, Anti-Kickback, and corporate practice of medicine. Dara regularly assists clients with corporate structuring and formation as well as mergers and acquisitions in the compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Dara also assists clients with health privacy and security law, safeguarding their interests in an ever-evolving legal environment. As a former litigator, Dara has successfully represented numerous clients in both state and federal investigations, including allegations of Medicaid and Medicare fraud, HIPAA breaches, and OIG investigations. Ms. Keller also serves as outside general counsel to several Colorado healthcare-related entities.

Prior to moving to Colorado and entering private practice in 2013, Dara worked as an attorney-advisor for a federal agency in Washington, D.C. Dara values working closely with her clients to understand their needs and provide real-world solutions.
