I am a California State Bar Certified Family Law Specialist with over 35 years of experience in a wide range of family law matters. I represent clients with issues such as child custody and visitation, child and spousal support, divorce/separation, annulment, domestic violence, enforcement of decrees, valuation of property and division of property.

My hourly rate is $250.00 per hour. I would require a retainer payment of $750 to $2,500 before commencing legal services. The retainer or portion is refundable if not used. I bill against the retainer on an hourly basis. I accept credit cards for my services. All filing fees and court costs must be paid by the client.
