Mr. Darren W. Bentley, Attorney

Darren served as a Staff Sergeant in the United States Army prior to completing his undergraduate degree at the University of Arizona. He earned his law degree at the University of Richmond School of Law in 2002. Darren and his wife Ann moved to Danville in August 2002. He is licensed to practice law in Virginia and North Carolina. He serves in the community as a legal advisor to Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Danville Area, Incorporated, as a director of Kiwanis Club of Danville, Incorporated, and as a counselor for the Boy Scouts of America. He also teaches undergraduate business law at Averett University. His practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors' rights, and civil litigation.
