Mr. Adelman is an experienced and aggressive litigator advocating for his individual and business clients in State, Federal, and Bankruptcy Courts and is a published author and public speaker.  Mr. Adelman has represented clients in Downtown Chicago, the Northwest Suburbs, and DuPage, Kane, and McHenry Counties.

Mr. Adelman is a former Assistant State's Attorney for the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office handling Child Support Enforcement and Civil Rights cases.  In that role, he gained extensive state and federal litigation and trial experience. After his public service, Mr. Adelman went into private practice.

Mr. Adelman is an Illinois licensed attorney and a member of the Trial Bar of the Northern District of Illinois.  He is also admitted to practice before the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit and Eleventh Circuit and has appeared pro hac vice in multiple U.S. District Courts across the country.  Mr. Adelman has a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Illinois (Urbana) and a J.D. from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.  Mr. Adelman has also served as an Arbitrator in the Cook County Circuit Court's mandatory arbitration program.
