David B. Robinson is proud to be a fourth-generation Texan. He has lived in the Fort Worth/Dallas area most of his life. Working his way through both undergraduate and law school, David excelled academically. He is the first member of his family to earn the advanced degree of Juris Doctorate from St. Mary’s University School of Law.
Since 198 David has practiced law in Tarrant County, Texas. A majority of his legal practice is devoted to protecting the rights of Texans injured or killed by the negligent or wrongful acts of others.
David has prosecuted hundreds of cases involving automobile, motorcycle and trucking crashes, railroad crossing accidents, dog bites, wrongful death, medical, hospital and professional negligence, misfiled prescriptions, product defects, dangerous premises, business disputes, brain and spinal injuries, and insurance claims and disputes. In every case, David fights for his client’s cause. Above all, he employs vigorous and thoughtful preparation and the highest ethics to achieve a just result for his clients.
David has earned the respect of his colleagues and peers, receiving a Preeminent “AV” rating from Martindale Hubbell, its highest rating for legal ability and ethics. He is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of Texas, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas, and U.S. Court of Federal Claims. He has served as a member of the Unauthorized Practice of Law District 7 Subcommittee and is currently a member of the State Bar of Texas, Tarrant County Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association and Tarrant County Bar Association. David resides in Northeast Tarrant County with his wife and has two grown and very independent children.
