About David
David C. Rowley, a partner at Cooper Erving & Savage LLP, focuses his litigation practice in the areas of tax assessment litigation, personal injury litigation, and commercial and business litigation. In addition, Mr. Rowley has held the position of Menands Village Justice since 2001. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Albany Law School Union University, where he was a member of the Justinian Society.
