Dave’s practice is primarily in the area of personal injury, auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death, brain injury and other civil cases on behalf of injured persons.  He also has an extensive practice in workers' compensation. Dave has been a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations since 1987, the Delaware State Bar Association since 1988, the New York State Bar Association since 1989, and the Maryland State Bar Association since 1990. Dave took the state bar exam in each one of these states and passed the bar exam on his first attempt. He is also a member of numerous Federal District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.

Dave served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army for 32 years (1983 - 2015). He is married with five children and has his primary residence in Wilmington, Delaware. Dave has litigated personal injury cases in all of the jurisdictions in which he is licensed - Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York.
