Dave has been a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey State Bar Associations since 1987, the Delaware State Bar Association since 1988, the New York State Bar Association since 1989, and the Maryland State Bar Association since 1990. Dave took the state bar exam in each one of these states and passed the bar exam on his first attempt. He is also a member of numerous Federal District Courts, Federal Courts of Appeal and the United States Supreme Court.
Dave served as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army for 32 years (1983 - 2015). He is married with five children and has his primary residence in Wilmington, Delaware.
