Some cases demand a trial, and if yours does, you can be confident in my strong record as a litigator. Often, however, mediation can avert a trial and the associated emotional and financial costs. That’s why it’s important to note that I also have extensive training and experience in collaborative law and mediation.
My familiarity with legal, financial and mental health professionals in our area, as well as the local courts and judges, will also work to your advantage.
When we meet, we’ll discuss the outcome you’d like to see. Then we’ll strategize on the most sensible and cost-effective way to get there. I do not view a legal contest as an opportunity for attorneys to inflame passions and generate drawn-out trials and large invoices. In my opinion, the sooner and more peaceably a contest is settled, the better, as long as the settlement is strongly in the interest of my client.
