David G. Eisenstein is a Senior Associate in the Modesto office of Borton-Petrini, LLP. He received his Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Government from the University of Arizona and after attending the Law College at the same University, earned his Juris Doctor.
David is licensed to practice law in California and Arizona. He was admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1984, and is also admitted to the Bar of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as the Fourth and Federal Circuit Courts of Appeal.
David specializes in trust administration and estate planning. He is listed on the San Diego County Probate Court’s list of available Mediators. David has also engaged in a significant amount of commercial litigation in both state and federal courts.
David has been a featured speaker on various panels regarding legal issues concerning the direct sales industry, and has appeared numerous times pro hac vice (“for the particular case”) in over a dozen courts around the U.S. on behalf of litigants in various industries.
David served on the Advisory Board for the Direct Selling World Alliance (DSWA) from 2018 until earlier this year.
