David is a trial attorney who was admitted to the Virginia State Bar in 1983. David received his B.S. degree from Hampden-Sydney College and his J.D. from the T.C. Williams School of Law of the University of Richmond. His practice includes criminal defense, personal injury, civil litigation and insurance defense.
