About David
Attorney David Grossman, uses his legal knowledge to serve as a co-counsel for our team at Tate Law Group, LLC. His extensive personal injury experience, especially as it pertains to nursing home abuse, makes him an invaluable asset to our team. Throughout his legal career, he’s obtained several multi-million dollar verdicts, including the largest nursing home neglect verdict in Kings County.
After graduating cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1994, he worked as a public defender for the Legal Aid Society in Nassau County. He focused primarily on personal injury litigation, especially in labor law, and medical malpractice. Now, Attorney Grossman works in his own practice and uses his legal experience and skill to fight for injured victims of nursing home abuse. When he isn’t helping clients, he lectures at Bar Association events and conferences, and serves as Of Counsel at our firm.
