About David
Mr. Keusch began working at Kriss & Feuerstein LLP in July, 2002. He has focused on complex commercial real estate transactions, including the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of commercial property in New York and nationally. Mr. Keusch’s practice includes real estate financing and he has represented institutional and private lenders in real estate and asset-based finance involving commercial, residential and mezzanine financing including securitized mortgage transactions. Additionally Mr. Keusch has represented clients purchasing, selling, leasing and financing cooperatives, condominiums and single-family homes throughout the tri-state area. Mr. Keusch has also represented parties in the formation of corporate entities and has extensive experience in negotiating and drafting corporate governance documents.
Mr. Keusch received a J.D, from Brooklyn Law School, graduating top 10% of his class, Cum Laude and receiving multiple awards including the Jack Weprin Real Estate Prize for excelling in real estate law, Mr. Keusch received a B.A. from Brandeis University, where he graduated with high honors. He is admitted to practice in the states of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
