About David
David is the managing attorney at The Ledger Law Firm’s Seattle offices, where he handles bad faith and personal injury trial work in the areas of catastrophic injury, traumatic brain injury, sexual assault, and premises liability. An experienced litigator, his background also includes insurance defense work, medical negligence, workers compensation, employment law, real property, trust and estate litigation, and appellate work at the federal and state level.

A 2012 graduate of Gonzaga School of Law, David has a deep family history in trial practice in the greater Seattle area. His grandfather, Jack Sullivan, was a co-founder of the Washington State Trial Lawyers Association (now WSAJ), and launched the Trial Advocacy program at the University of Washington School of Law.
David considers himself a life-long student of legal research & writing, the rules of evidence, and the English language. In his free time you will likely find him enjoying literature, foreign languages, music, or logging driftwood at his home on Puget Sound.
