David M Clark, Lead Attorney and Founder

David M. Clark has practiced all types of law during his 30 year career as a trial attorney. Most of his experience is right here in Michigan, but he has successfully represented large personal injury cases across the country including Texas, Florida, Ohio, South Carolina and others as well. Before becoming an attorney, he was a prosecutor in the state of South Carolina. After a short while, he realized his passion was not to prosecute, but to defend and represent clients that were experiencing tough times. In 1983, he made the switch and started practicing as a defense attorney in a Lansing with Larry Fowler and John Tuttle in a private firm.

Since that time, David has handled personal injury cases in at least 25 counties across the state of Michigan. David is respected and known for his ability to win big verdicts at trial for his injured clients. It takes years of experience to learn the proper way to prepare and execute a calculated argument or defense, and David has earned his way through hard work and dedication to his clients. Most notably, David tried a motorcycle case against the US Air Force in where a government bus collided with his client and caused catastrophic injuries. The Air Force claimed the motorcyclist was intoxicated and driving recklessly. Even with the power and resources of the federal government, David's client was awarded $2.75 million and other rider on the bike recovered damages of $2.7 million.
