Mr. Eisen represents clients in both counseling and litigation of labor and employment matters, including workplace discrimination, retaliation, and harassment under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Federal Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and their state counterparts. His experience in labor and employment law dates back to his undergraduate career, during which he studied labor and employment relations. He continued to pursue his interest in this practice area during law school, as an intern at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) in Washington D.C. Prior to joining Sobol Law Group, Mr. Eisen practiced law at a boutique labor and employment firm in Philadelphia. Before that, he served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of Administrative Law Judges. In that role, he drafted decisions and helped resolve disputes arising under federal whistleblower laws in the employment context, including the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the National Transit Systems Security Act, and the Federal Rail Safety Act. Mr. Eisen is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and he is admitted to the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey. He received his Bachelors of Science from The School of Labor and Employment Relations at Penn State University, and his J.D. from Rutgers School of Law.
