Mr. Silva is a litigation attorney practicing in areas of personal injury, landlord/tenant, real estate, OUI Defense, bankruptcy, commercial and residential leases, corporate law and franchise law. Prior to establishing Silva Law, LLC, Mr Silva served as an attorney at a unique north shore law firm focusing on real estate, title insurance, personal injury and probate litigation. Wherein he gained valuable experience in personal injury matters, including cases involving commercial property slip and falls, residential property liability, pedestrian accidents and dog bites.
Mr. Silva has also previously served as In-House Counsel to a national fitness franchise company where he obtained valuable experiences in persuasive and effective advocacy. Today he uses these skills to effectively coordinate the clients’ interests with strong advocacy and persuasive argument. Mr. Silva is available, responsive and tuned into his client’s needs.
