David Pickard is an attorney specializing in representation for businesses, architects and engineers, contractors, subcontractors, real estate professionals, and those needing estate planning services. He is a member of the California Bar and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court, Central District of California.

   A 1998 graduate of Southwestern University School of Law, Mr. Pickard was admitted to the California Bar in 1999. He is also a currently registered and licensed architect and general contractor in California. Mr. Pickard attended Stanford University pursuing full-time studies in engineering for two years, and graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture in 1981 and a Bachelor of Architecture in 1982.

Before practicing law, Mr. Pickard worked in business as an architect and general contractor on literally hundreds of projects over a 27 year span. For 20 of those years, he acted in the capacity as a principal architect in a 50 person architecture and engineering firm, and as the Responsible Managing Officer for a general contracting company with an annual volume ranging between $5M and $10M. His project experience is widely varied and ranges from large scale retail and office developments to single family residential work.
