David A. Rondon is the Founder and Managing Attorney of Rondon Legal. Licensed in Florida and New York and educated at some of this nation's best universities, Attorney Rondon offers intelligent, honest, caring and open representation in immigration, family, business, social security and international legal matters. He provides uniquely designed legal solutions to his clients, whether individuals or companies, and prides himself on the close, personal relationship that he creates and maintains on a continuous basis with all of his clients. Attorney Rondon is fully fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and conversant in French and Italian. His approach to the practice of law and to the world is strongly shaped by his immigrant background and experiences traveling and living across Latin America and Europe. Prior to his direction of Rondon Legal, Attorney Rondon spent nearly two years creating and directing the Immigration & Nationality Practice at Gonzalez & Garcia, a leading personal injury and workers compensation firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. At a firm with no immigration practice, in less than two years, he constructed a general immigration practice servicing hundreds of clients. The majority of Mr. Rondon's clients at Gonzalez & Garcia followed him to Rondon Legal. Before this, Mr. Rondon worked as an Associate for Leaf Koerner LLC, a boutique business immigration firm specializing in extraordinary ability visas, national interest waivers, labor certifications, multinational executives/managers, and investor visas. In his career, he has successfully represented many individuals and corporations from the United States, Latin America, Europe and Asia in resolving their legal needs in the United States.

Over the last decade, Attorney Rondon has also worked for international organizations, NGO's, and legal clinics across the Americas. In 2005-2006, he served as an Intern and Legal Analyst for the Office of the Special Rapporteur for Freedom of Expression of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights, an administrative body examining human rights violations in the member states of the Organization of American States (OAS). During this period, he further served as Legal Analyst to the Andean Commission of Jurists, in Lima, Peru (2005), and to the NGO Conectas Human Rights, in São Paulo, Brazil (2006). The attorney was also a member of the International Human Rights Clinic of the Georgetown Washington University Law School, where he was responsible for litigating cases before international tribunals. His work included drafting of an amicus curie brief to Chile's Supreme Court in the extradition case of Peru's ex-president, Alberto Fujimori.
