I have an intense passion for law. I graduated from Harvard Law School in 2006. In addition to my law degree, I have a bachelors in computer science from the University of California, Irvine and a masters degree in computer science with a specialization in machine learning from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
In addition to practicing law, I use my computer science skills to automate common legal tasks. While some large law firms hire software engineers, the result is not as direct nor as bespoke as what I able to produce combining deep knowledge of law and software engineering in one brain. This unique skillset for a lawyer makes me more efficient, and my goal is to share the gains arising from that efficiency with my clients.
When it comes to representing clients, I believe in being very aggressive when necessary. I am very comfortable with playing hardball in litigation. At the same time, I do not like wasting time or money. If conflicts can be resolved quickly and on favorable terms for my client, then they probably should be. But of course, that is always up to my client, not me.
Ultimately, law is about solving conflicts, or better yet, preventing conflicts in a manner that is consistent with justice. As an Officer of the Court, I take my duties to advance justice on behalf of my clients very seriously.
