A 1990 graduate of Dickinson School of Law, David successfully litigated medical malpractice and general personal cases at the law offices of Angino & Rovner, P.C. before founding his own firm in 2001. David has obtained jury verdicts in Dauphin, Cumberland, Franklin and Lebanon Counties on behalf of his clients.
