Bill is a member and partner at Boyer Law Group. He has over 20 years experience of fighting for the rights of his clients and litigation experience and primarily concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, automobile and motorcycle accidents, insurance disputes, including automobile, home, medical and disability insurance, medical malpractice, construction site accidents, wrongful death, and civil litigation. Since Jared was a child, he was taught the intricacies of personal injury law by his father, Steven. He began his college education at the University of Arizona where he earned a Bachelors-of-Science in business. He graduated with honors in 1989, and then earned a Juris Doctor Degree Cum Laude from the University of Detroit School of Law. In his free time, Mike loves to golf, travel, and spend time with his three daughters.

Mr. Michael Aaron Ryan Canner is a member of the American Bar Association, American Association of Justice, and Michigan Association for Justice. Mr. Michael Canner joined Mindell, Malin in 2008, after spending the previous five years at the Law Offices of Robert A. Canner, P.C. In April 2018, Michael started his own practice, Canner Law, PLLC.

Arthur (Art) A. Garton handles all matters of complex criminal law, family law, personal injury and business/civil litigation. He is one of two Macomb County attorneys who completed the National Criminal Defense College Trial Practice Institute. He regularly attends the Defense of Drunk Driving Seminars sponsored by the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also attended national seminars on Defending Allegations of Sexual Abuse.Mr. Garton is a graduate of Detroit College of Law and has practiced in the State of Michigan for over twenty years. He received his B.A. from the American International College in 1974 and his M.A. from Central Michigan University in 1978. He also served in the United States Air Force from 1971 to 1975.Mr. Garton is a member of the State Bar of Michigan where he has served on the Character and Fitness Committee. He is currently president of the Macomb County Bar Association. He is also a member of the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the Association of Trial Lawyers and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association.Mr. Garton received recognition as a Super Lawyer in 2007 and 2008. He is well-respected and recognized among his peers as an outstanding attorney. 

Albert J. Dib is a native Detroiter, and a 1980 graduate of Wayne State University Law School. He has taught Medical Malpractice, Litigation Skills, Pretrial Advocacy, and Health Law at both Wayne State University Law School and University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he has been Adjunct Professor of Law. He is past-president of the Wayne State University Law School Alumni Association, and currently a member of the WSU Law School’s Board of Visitors. He authored the ANNUAL SURVEY OF MICHIGAN LAW, “Medical Malpractice,” 2005 – 2006 in The Wayne Law Review, and “Ethical Conduct and Effective Lawyering, Plaintiff’s Perspective,” presented at the 26th Annual Law Seminar, Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Mr. Dib focuses his practice in medical and professional negligence, including the highly specialized field of catastrophically injured children and Birth Trauma/Obstetrical Malpractice Litigation. He also serves as a special medical malpractice mediator. In addition, Mr. Dib has also taught at Central Michigan University (Legal Aspects of Health Service Organizations) and has been an invited lecturer at the Institute of Continuing Legal Education (Deposition Conduct and Objections) and the Michigan Association for Justice (Malpractice Tort Reform). Mr. Dib served on the State Bar of Michigan Grievance Committee and the District I Character and Fitness Committee. He has been an instructor for the American Association for Justice and Michigan Association for Justice at the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law trial advocacy workshop symposium and a moot court judge at Wayne State University Law School (Arthur Neef Competition); University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law (State of Michigan and Gallagher Competitions); and Michigan State University College of Law.
