Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.
On several cases I was able to stop foreclosure proceedings on clients personal residences. I was also able to stop wage garnishments and void judgments againt clients.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?
An attorney who evaluates the clients specfic needs and concerns to develop a strategy for each indivdual case, one who responds promptly and listens to the clients needs and will work hard to come up with creative ideas and strategies to get the best result for the client.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
Extremely important as I have great working relationships with the Trustees in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 Bankrupcies and knowledge of what each particalar Judge is looking for with regards to proper pleadings.
What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?
I find it is best to meet with the client face to face and provide and half hour free consulation for Bankruptcy Cases. For civil cases, I find it best if the prospective client emails me the facts of the case prior to coming in for a consulation and the charge for the consulatation is $350 for one hour.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?
I have extensive expierence in all aspects of Bankruptcy with a great track record. In addition, I have extensive expierence since 1996 in working in all aspects of civil litigation from discovery, mediation, arbitration and trial.
What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?
Helping clients achieve their end goal with regards to the filing of a Bankruptcy or the resolution of a civil matter.
What are your other interests in addition to law?
Hiking, movies, books.
Are you involved in your community?
I volunteer in my neighborhood to help disabled or the elderly with regards to paperwork and access to resources.
