Currently based in Pendleton, Indiana, Dean McConnell, Esq. has extensive experience in all facets of intellectual property law. Mr. McConnell started practicing IP law in 1995 as a law clerk for a boutique intellectual property law firm in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From there, he went on to serve as an IP attorney for Brinks Gilson & Lione, a nationally-recognized boutique IP law firm in Chicago, Illinois, and then at Krieg DeVault, a nationally-recognized law firm in Indianapolis, Indiana. During his tenure at these respected law firms, Mr. McConnell gained unique insights and vast experience in intellectual property law and business law, ranging from patent and trademark prosecution to high-stakes intellectual property litigation. After more than 20 years of concentrated IP legal expertise, Mr. McConnell launched his own legal practice to exclusively focus on IP law: Dean McConnell Intellectual Property Law in Indianapolis.
