Jason Ferris started his career with a preeminent Silicon Valley law firm. During his 13 years with this firm, Mr. Ferris became a Partner and was responsible for trying almost two dozen high exposure cases for various Fortune 500 clients and insurance companies including: The Venetian, Caesars Entertainment, AIG, National Fire and Marine, and Bally’s Casino. These trials included allegations of Products Liability, Premises Liability, Punitive Damages, Construction Defect, Environmental Risk, Construction Risk, Transportation, Unlawful Detention, Assault, Slander, Breach of Contract, and Discrimination matters. The vast majority of these trials resulted in Defense Verdicts for his clients. In addition, Mr. Ferris has litigated and settled hundreds of additional high exposure cases.
Mr. Ferris continued his professional career by joining one of the largest insurers and became the Central and Western Zonal Director with responsibility of oversite of 15 law firms in 11 states. While with this insurance company, Mr. Ferris continued his trial experience and took multiple cases to verdict. These trials involved allegations of Construction Defect, Breach of Contract, and Insurance Subrogation. In addition, Mr. Ferris recently argued an appeal in front of the Nevada Supreme Court.
Mr. Ferris has attained an AV rating from his peers, the highest rating bestowed by Martindale Hubbell®. Mr. Ferris graduated from Pepperdine School of Law and is licensed in California and Nevada. In addition, Mr. Ferris has been sworn into the Federal District Court of Nevada and California (Southern, Central and Northern Districts).
