About Dean

Dean S. Bennett received his undergraduate degree (B.S., Summa Cum Laude) from Brigham Young University, and received his law degree (J.D., Cum Laude) from BYU's J. Reuben Clark Law School.  While in law school, Dean was a member of BYU's Moot Court Team.

Dean is admitted to practice in Nevada (1997) and Arizona (2005).  He was a litigation associate with the Las Vegas firm of Hutchison and Steffen.  For over 20 years he practiced real estate and transactional law with the Las Vegas firm of Holley Driggs, where he was a shareholder with the firm.  In 2015, Dean became general counsel for MRG Marketing & Management, Inc., the then-franchisee for Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers™ in Nevada and Arizona.  Dean continues to serve as general counsel for Kairoc USA.  

Dean prides himself on being accessible and responsive to clients, and in helping be part of the solution in bringing a deal to fruition.

Dean enjoys volunteering for worthy charitable causes, including the Arthritis Foundation, Goodie Two Shoes, Three Square, and Las Vegas Rescue Mission.
