We are a small and highly focused law firm operating in Clark County Nevada.  Our Managing Attorney, Tim Treffinger is a former prosecutor with the Storey County District Attorney's Office, and the Nevada Attorney General's Office.

In 2022 Mr. Treffinger was the Republican Nominee for Clark County District Attorney receiving votes from both Democrats and Independents (along with his Republican party votes), and totaling nearly 300,000 votes in support of his campaign.
