I sued and recovered stolen wages, and meal and rest period violations, with penalties, for (3) fast-food minimum wage restaurant employees.
How did you build a successful practice?
I take the time to get to know and care about the case - and the client.

One who takes the time to fully listen to and understand their case.
How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?
The local law - absolutely important; the local judiciary branch - probably helpful, but I think what most judges are looking for now is competence.
