Thomas R. Patterson, a Rochester native, is a 1982 graduate of Lourdes High School, a 1986 graduate of Regis College in Denver Colorado, and a 1989 graduate of William Mitchell College of Law in Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was admitted to practice law in the state of Minnesota in October of 1989, and is a member of the Minnesota State Bar Association. Mr. Patterson has represented injured workers since 1991. In 1995 he limited his practice to workers compensation claims and has exclusively represented injured workers since that time. He does not represent employers or insurance companies. Jim Lindell has specialized in civil litigation during his entire career and is certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association. Jim is a native of Litchfield, Minnesota. Contributing to his effectiveness in his practice is his broad scope of work experience, including: United States Army, 1st Lt. 1966-1969 Management positions in federal and state government Staff aide to the governor of Minnesota Construction Firefighting (smoke jumping) for the U.S. Forest Service Life-long interest in flying, private pilot license since 1985.
