Rob Wilhite is the Owner, President, and lead litigation attorney at The Wilhite Law Firm, a personal injury law firm serving clients throughout Colorado and Texas. A Texas native, Rob, has lived and practiced law in Colorado for more than 20 years, where he has built a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer handling complex, high-value injury cases. Rob founded The Wilhite Law Firm with a clear purpose: to represent individuals and families who have been seriously injured due to negligence and to hold negligent individuals, corporations, and insurance companies accountable. As Managing Partner, he oversees all litigation and trial strategy for the firm.

Richard B. Rose, born and raised in New York City, attended the University of Denver for both his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and his Juris Doctor degree. In undergraduate school, Mr. Rose was admitted to Pi Gamma Mu, the social sciences honor society. He was licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado in 1978, and subsequently, served as law clerk to the Honorable Robert P. Fullerton, a judge of the Denver District Court. Mr. Rose joined the firm of The Wilhite Law Firm in 1979. He serves as the firm’s Vice President and second senior member. Mr. Rose has extensive experience in trial preparation, trial presentation, and the preparation and argument of appeals in the Colorado and Federal appellate courts. His name appears as counsel of record in fifteen published Colorado and Federal appellate decisions. Mr. Rose is a member of the bars of the State of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. His practice emphasizes personal injury law. Mr. Rose is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Denver Bar Association, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association.

Joseph Welsh is a dedicated member of Singleton Schreiber’s Environmental Litigation practice group, where he advocates for communities impacted by environmental harm. He is committed to seeking justice for those affected by toxic torts, environmental contamination, and pollution. With a background in environmental law, Joe has a passion for protecting the environment and has gained extensive experience in complex litigation, representing public water systems and community organizations in cases involving PFAS, fire-related toxins, and air and water pollution. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Joe worked as an Environmental Justice Staff Attorney at Lone Star Legal Aid, where he played a pivotal role in challenging petrochemical environmental permit applications in environmental justice communities. His experience includes petitioning the EPA to object to an oil refinery’s Title V permit and drafting a notice of intent to sue the EPA for unreasonable delay under Clean Air Act citizen suit provisions on behalf of environmental justice community organizations. Earlier in his career, Joe served as a Deputy District Attorney with Colorado's Fourth Judicial District, handling over 1,000 cases and prosecuting thirty misdemeanor trials focused on child abuse, domestic violence, assault, DUI charges, and careless driving resulting in death. Joe earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he concentrated on environmental and energy law and served as President of the Environmental Law Society. Joe recently earned an LL.M. in Energy, Environment, and Natural Resources Law from the University of Houston Law Center. In his spare time, Joe enjoys playing ice hockey, running, and reading. He is licensed to practice law in Colorado and Texas.

During law school, Mr. Chayet's grandmother, Letty Milstein, was the principle party in one of the most controversial and public elder law cases in the state of Colorado. The Estate of Milstein v. Ayers, 955 P.2d 78 (Colo. App. 1998), is a landmark probate case which upholds and protects the right to counsel and due process of incapacitated adults in Colorado and has been codified into the Colorado Uniform Protective Proceedings Act (the guardianship and conservatorship laws). This experience was the impetus for Mr. Chayet's career long practice commitment to the field of elder law and probate litigation. Mr. Chayet is the past Chairman of the Elder Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association and the recipient of Colorado Super Lawyers 2011 Rising Star in Elder Law. Mr. Chayet's expertise in the area of elder law has also been demonstrated through his publishing in the areas of elder law as well as many public speaking appearances throughout Colorado.Mr. Chayet is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Colorado Bar Association where fellow Colorado attorneys nominated Mr. Chayet to be a Fellow of the Colorado Bar Foundation. Mr. Chayet, born and raised in Denver, Colorado, is continuing in the footsteps of his family in assisting the philanthropic and civic community of Colorado, by serving on the board of many not-for-profit organizations including the Total Long Term Care Foundation, Guardianship Alliance of Colorado, Colorado Citizens for Accountability, Allied Jewish Apartments, Jewish Senior Recreation Network, the Foundation For Hope and the Life Source Services Hospice.

Wade has been an attorney since 1975 in the Denver, Colorado area. He graduated from Duke University with his bachelor’s degree, then moved to Denver in 1971 to attend Denver University’s Sturm College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Wade immediately started his own firm and began helping individuals in need. Wade’s passion for helping people can be seen through his many years in the legal profession and also in his membership with the Bikers Against Child Abuse. He is currently a member of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association, a graduate of the Colorado Trial Lawyers College, and the attorney for the Colorado Confederation of Clubs. Outside of work, Wade enjoys riding his motorcycle and attending community events.

Katie Roberts has helped thousands of injured workers receive Workers’ Compensation benefits and disabled people get Social Security Disability benefits since 2002. She has worked at The Wilhite Law Firm since 2005 and became a managing partner in 2009. She currently manages the Workers’ Compensation Department and the Social Security Disability Department. Katie grew up in Ft. Collins, Colorado, where she attended Fort Collins High School and then went to Colorado State University to pursue her bachelor’s. At C.S.U., she majored in Speech Communications and was active in her Chi Omega Sorority and a CSU Cheerleader for 4 years. She attended Washburn Law School in Topeka, Kansas, for two years, and then transferred to the University of Denver Law School for her last year before receiving her Juris Doctorate. For one summer, she attended King’s College in London to study comparative law. She also was a Denver Nuggets Cheerleader for 3 years and is married and a mother of two little girls. She enjoys yoga, swimming, golf and tennis. Some of her professional accomplishments include successfully arguing in Federal District Court for Social Security clients and presenting oral argument at the Colorado Court of Appeals in Workers’ Compensation cases. She is also a Super Lawyer in 5280’s Super Lawyers Magazine from 2011-2026.

Yohania is a litigator who focuses on high-stakes, complex environmental and civil litigation. Her practice spans state and federal courts nationwide and focuses on environmental contamination, toxic torts, climate accountability, and appellate advocacy.

Noelle Webster serves as an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, supporting the Fire Litigation and Personal Injury practice groups based in the Denver office. With a solid foundation in personal injury, mass tort, and medical malpractice litigation, Ms. Webster brings a wealth of knowledge and passion for advocating on behalf of plaintiffs. Ms. Webster's legal career began while she was still a law student at the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time there, she clerked for a prominent plaintiffs' firm, in San Diego, where she immersed herself in the complexities of medical malpractice and personal injury cases. Upon passing the California Bar in 2021, Ms. Webster joined the same leading firm she clerked at as an Associate Attorney, where she further honed her skills in litigating complex personal injury actions. Her experience includes drafting and managing critical legal documents, preparing for mediation and trial, and conducting expert depositions to secure favorable outcomes for her clients. Ms. Webster is admitted to practice in California and is an active member of the legal community, participating in organizations such as the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, the San Diego County Bar Association, and the Lawyer's Club of San Diego. A native of Portland, Oregon, Ms. Webster now resides in Denver, Colorado, with her husband, son, and two dogs. Erika Gebhardt practices exclusively family law and estate planning. Erika began her career in family law when she worked as an extern at the firm during the summer after her first year of law school (2010). After realizing her passion for this area, Erika continued by serving at the firm as a law clerk in the summer following her second year of law school (2011). Erika has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Political Economy from Colorado College, Colorado Springs, and was a 2012 graduate of the University of Denver Sturm College of Law, where she was a member of the Order of St. Ives. Erika has worked as a judicial intern in a courtroom with a domestic and civil docket. She also interned for Denver District Court Judge Robert McGahey, Jr., of the Second Judicial District, where she was able to gain valuable experience in motions practice and courtroom procedure. After graduating from law school, Erika worked at a local law firm practicing family law. Licensed to practice in the State of Colorado, Erika is a member of the Colorado Bar Association and the CBA Young Lawyers Division. Originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Erika moved to Colorado in 2005. Erika enjoys volunteering and supporting her community through Metro Volunteer Lawyers and local events.
