About Derek
Derek Brackon specializes in complex commercial and construction litigation. He has numerous years of experience in commercial transactions and estate planning as well. Derek, most recently, owned his own firm in Oakland County, however, spent several years at a large firm early in his career. He has trial experience in both state and federal court. He has represented individuals, small businesses, and large companies over his career.
Derek Brackon attended DeLaSalle High School in Warren and then went on to receive a BA in Economics from the University of Michigan in 1997. He received his JD from Wayne State University Law School in 2000. He is licensed to practice in Michigan as well as the United States District Court Eastern and Western District of Michigan.
