This law firm is the absolute worse! You can call all you want, you will not get a call back unless you call in with an attitude, that is the only way to get them to help you. The attorney Craig Schoenherr and is paralegal are NOT professional AT ALL. When speaking with Ann she was very nasty and rude, even when asking a simple question, she repeated her last statement which had nothing to do with the question. I hope Craig enjoys court... Wow. Just got off the phone with an attorney with the first name of Craig. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. I called to try to resolve a problem. He immediately started yelling at me for accusing that he never called me back when I told him it was a woman I left a message with. I knew then I was not going to get any assistance from him. I will be filing a complaint with the bar association and maybe seeing he has lost sight of his job he might want to retire. I know the company will stand by his behavior as that is how most men treat women. Craig is a bully pla and simple. I'm still shaking from this incident.
