About Diana
Diana Revzin is currently representing individuals and corporate clients on matters involving bankruptcy law, technology and computer law, and general contract matters throughout the five boroughs of New York. She is a member of the New York County Lawyer’s Association and is admitted to practice in New York’s Easter and Southern District Courts.
Ms. Revzin began her career in a law firm where she assisted with all aspects of personal and corporate bankruptcies including Chapter 7, 11, & 13 filings, and adversary proceedings.
Thereafter, Ms. Revzin spent three years as an Attorney at a financial service company where she developed legal expertise through involvement in numerous complex matters. She dealt with a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions involving corporate law, contract law and negotiation, computer and technology law, regulatory compliance, and employment law.
Ms. Revzin is a graduate of Hofstra University School of Law where she received a Juris Doctor in May, 2006. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pace University in May, 2003, with honors.
