About Dianne
Dianne was born in Houma, Louisiana and grew up in Houston, Texas. She attended Jacksonville University in Florida where she received all-conference athletic and academic honors. She graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor of arts in political science and a business minor.
Dianne returned to Texas to attend South Texas College of Law, where she made the Deans' List all six semesters and was a member of the South Texas Law Review. She also received American Jurisprudence Awards for academic excellence in Corporations, Employment Law, Criminal Procedure, and Legal Research and Writing. Dianne was actively involved in the school's national moot court program as both a brief writer and speaker. In 2004, her team was crowned champions of the Administrative Law Moot Court Competition, where she argued before the Third Court of Appeals in Austin and received second place brief honors. Dianne graduated magna cum laude from South Texas in 2005.
Dianne began working at the firm during law school as a law clerk and after graduating from South Texas, became an associate. Dianne was admitted to practice in all Texas State Courts in 2005 and the U.S. District Court for Southern District of Texas in 2007. She is a member of the Houston Bar Association and the American Bar Association.
