Diona focuses her practice area on corporate and business law and can assist you with a wide variety of business law matters. Whether it is an issue related to the type of entity you should chose for your business or sophisticated contracts once you have established your business, Diona can assist you throughout the process. Prior to joining Molden & Holley, Diona was a partner at a successful law firm, so she truly understands the need for sound legal advice for businesses.
In addition to her corporate practice, Diona also represents individuals with family law matters, including divorce, child support, paternity and legitimation, and estate planning and probate.
No matter the type of representation, Diona's approach is to patiently guide her clients through their issues, working hard to reach a resolution as efficiently and painlessly as possible. Before joining Molden & Holley in 2013, she was part owner of a small, successful law firm. She also clerked with Molden & Holley, LLC during her final year in law school and continued with Molden & Holley as an associate after she graduated. Diona was valedictorian of her graduating class at Atlanta's John Marshall Law School. She was also a senior staff member of John Marshall Law Journal, and her published article, "Reasonableness Found: Supermajority Sentencing in Georgia Death Penalty Cases", considered the constitutional ramifications to an overhaul of the penal punishment phase in Georgia. But, with Diona, there's more to her than just exceptional knowledge of the law.
Diona was chosen as a Rising Star for 2013 by Super Lawyers magazine. As a rising star, Diona was chosen by her peers to be in the top 2.5% of young lawyers in the State of Georgia. She was also recognized as a Legal Elite for 2012, which is an annual list of top attorneys as determined by other attorneys and compiled and published by Georgia Trend magazine. Diona is a member of the Atlanta Bar Association, the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers and Atlanta Women in Business.
