Randy Williams serves as President and Managing Partner of Williams Law Group of Georgia. Attorney Williams is a highly skilled and passionate advocate when he is litigating on behalf of his diverse group of clients. He specializes in Real Estate Law, Criminal Defense, and Litigation. Randy brings business and executive ingenuity to the firm's leadership. He obtained his Doctor of Law from Emory University School of Law where he prosecuted misdemeanor and felony crimes under the Fulton County Solicitor General and Dekalb County District Attorney. Richard Stumm is a practicing attorney in the state of Georgia. He graduated with his J.D. from University of Illinois in 1970. He currently works at his privately owned firm of Richard L. Stumm, P.C.

Justin represents clients nationwide in both federal and state courts. He has been named a “Georgia Super Lawyer” by Atlanta Magazine and a “Legal Elite” by Georgia Trend Magazine. The major focus of Justin’s practice is complex civil litigation, particularly business litigation, class actions, labor and employment disputes, and catastrophic and significant injury cases. He has served as lead counsel in a wide range of litigation subject areas, including RICO, products liability, shareholder derivative actions, business valuation cases, trade secrets, breach of trust or fiduciary duty matters, lost profits, consumer fraud, business torts, constitutional, civil rights, and computer fraud cases. Justin is a member of the Firm’s Cannabis Industry Group. In this role, Justin advises individuals, farmers, and businesses in a wide variety of issues, including licensure and compliance.

Jeffrey James is a litigation attorney who has built his career fighting for plaintiffs’ rights in and out of courtrooms across Georgia. Prior to moving to Athens and joining the firm, Mr. James was a top litigator for a large plaintiff’s firm in Atlanta, Georgia where he helped manage and lead the firm’s litigation department. Mr. James found his calling as a trial attorney while in law school where he competed as a member of Barry University School of Law’s nationally ranked trial team. As a trial team advocate, he’s competed in trial competitions across the nation and gained valuable courtroom skills that he continues building on today fighting for plaintiffs in court. Along with being an active member of his law school’s trial team, he also excelled in legal research and writing and became a published law review author. Raised in Florida, Mr. James is an avid surfer and enjoys traveling with his wife to various surf destinations around the globe. He has now proudly made Athens his home where he and his wife stay busy raising their two wild toddlers.

Warren Abel is an experienced, aggressive attorney who fights for those who are injured or are unable to work due to negligence. The son of two physicians, Warren had an early eye for science, a keen understanding for the value of health, as well as compassion for the welfare for others. Growing up in Little Rock, Arkansas afforded him the opportunity to surround himself with history. As an alumnus of Little Rock High School he has a unique, personal awareness of our nation’s integration crisis. Here he not only excelled academically, but played multiple sports where he further developed his leadership and advocacy skills. Warren is a graduate of Emory University and University of Georgia School of Law. While in law school, Warren worked in 22nd Judicial Circuit Office of the Prosecuting Attorney in Benton, Arkansas. There, Warren tried and won his first case and assisted prosecutors on cases ranging from felony murder to vehicular homicide. During his second and third years of law school, Warren worked at the Athens-Clarke County District Attorney’s office, where he supported the felony prosecutors with trials and motions. Warren was noted by the clinic director for his outstanding work in the District Attorney’s office. Following law school, Warren worked at Heifer International, one of the top 10 charities worldwide, in Little Rock, Arkansas. After a successful stint at Heifer International, Warren returned to Georgia and began advocating for those who are wrongly injured across Georgia. Jefferson M. Allen works primarily on business litigation (including shareholder/partner disputes, business torts, and employee non-compete litigation), construction and real estate litigation (including negligent/defective construction and mold claims), and creditors’ rights/bankruptcy matters. Mr. Allen also has significant litigation experience involving consumer law issues and consumer protection statutes, including the Federal Truth in Lending Act, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, and the Georgia Uniform Deceptive Trade Practices Act. Jeff has developed a broad and wide-ranging general commercial litigation practice representing clients in State and Federal Court, as well as private arbitration and mediation, throughout Georgia and the Southeast. Jeff is a 1998 graduate of Emory Law School, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Michigan. Mr. Allen also obtained a General Course degree in Economic History from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1989.

Andrew Lampros has an active trial and litigation practice representing plaintiffs. Andrew has litigated and tried matters in a variety of settings, including Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA), products liability, wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, automobile accidents, consumer fraud, civil rights, negligent security, nursing home and assisted living negligence, insurance bad faith, business torts, and commercial litigation.
