Please describe a case in the last year or two where you made a big difference.

Client's family member filed quit claim deeds on property owned by Client. Protected Client's interest and ownership of the property by filing a Quiet Title action.

How did you build a successful practice?

I always attempt to constantly keep my clients informed of the status of their case and respond to any questions within 24 hrs.

What should clients look for in a lawyer?

Experience in the specific area of law where that potential client needs help. Also, online reviews can be very helpful.

How important is local knowledge to the success of your cases?

Local knowledge is very important. Every courthouse has procedures specific to it and every judge has peculiarities and specific expectations of the parties.

What information can you provide in a free phone consultation?

I offer free phone consultations to assist potential clients in determining if they should obtain legal help with their problem and to determine if I am a good fit personally.

What information do you need in a free phone consultation?

For a free phone consultation I need to know the basic fact of the issue which troubles the caller and what the callers desires as a result of the legal help.

What differentiates you from other lawyers in your community?

I practice almost exclusively in both transactional real estate law and real estate related litigation. I have year of personal experience in the real estate world and actively work with brokers daily.

What is the most rewarding aspect of your job?

I especially like to work with landlords and property managers to assist them in managing their rental properties.

Are you involved in your community?

I serve on the Castle Rock Planning Commission and volunteer at Colorado Lawyers for Colorado Veterans.
